La mar de bé White Sauvignon 2022:
Variety: White Suvignon.
Graduation: 13% vol.
Elaboration: Gentle extraction of the must by means of pneumatic pressing and subsequent static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, after malolactic fermentation it is left to settle until its maximum natural clarification. It is bottled in its first months to maintain the aromas that characterize this young, fruity and fresh wine.
Tasting note: Intense yellow color with golden reflections, clear and bright. Intensely fruity aromas that remind us of honey, sponge cake, pineapple, mango, banana and peach. In the mouth it is aromatic with a certain sweetness balanced by a notable acid which gives it great personality. Final sensation of fresh and sweet tropical fruits.
Pairing: This wine is perfect to accompany pasta, salads, white meats, fish, shellfish and cheeses.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve between 6 and 8 ºC.
