La mar de bé Malvasía 2022:
Graduation: 11.5% vol.
Elaboration: Gentle extraction of the must by means of pneumatic pressing and subsequent static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, after malolactic fermentation it is left to settle until its maximum natural clarification. It is bottled in its first months to maintain the aromas that characterize this young, fruity and fresh wine.
Tasting note: Clean and bright pale yellow color, with greenish reflections. Aromas of white flowers, such as almond, orange blossom with slight fruity hints of pear, apple and peach. On the palate it is a wine with a great complexity of green and fresh aromas balanced by its moderate acidity. Final sensation of green fruits with saline tones.
Pairing: This wine is perfect to accompany pasta, salads, white meats, fish, shellfish and cheeses.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve between 6 and 8 ºC.
