Es Padrí 2019 Red:
Variety: Manto Negro, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Alcoholic graduation: 14% vol.
Preparation: The musts gently ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and after malolactic fermentation it is left to settle until its natural clarification.
Aging: In American and Hungarian oak casks for 12 months and 12 months in the bottle.
Tasting note: Garnet colored wine with ruby reflections. Aromas of ripe fruit, combined with hints of vanilla, spices and oak. On the palate it is harmonious and unctuous with soft and aged touches of roasted that finish in a final flavor of oak with hints of licorice and balsamic.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany all kinds of meats, especially grilled meats, pastas, sausages and cheeses.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve between 17 and 19 ºC
