After a careful fermentation that preserves freshness and fruitiness, the wine is bottled within a short period of time to maintain its youthful and fruity character. The blend of these three grape varieties enhances the essence of ripe fruit, offering a vibrant palette of flavours.
Tasting notes:
An intense red wine with violet hues. Aromas of ripe fruit with light hints of spices and subtle floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with good acidity and soft tannins.
Food pairing:
Ideal to accompany tapas, cured meats, grilled meats, white meats and mild cheeses.
Serving recommendation:
Best served between 15–18 ºC.
