La mar de bé Cuvée 2021:
Variety: Merlot, Syrah, Manto Negro and Callet.
Graduation: 14% vol.
Preparation: The musts gently ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and after malolactic fermentation it is left to settle until its natural clarification.
Aging: Brief passage through French oak boots for 6 months.
Tasting notes: Very intense, deep and bright ruby colored wine. Aromas of forest fruits, cherry, oak and spices. On the palate it is voluminous and unctuous with a sharp but refreshing acidity and a long finish with fruity and dry touches.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany all kinds of meats, pastas, sausages and cheeses.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve between 15 and 18 ºC.
