Tradition and Technology
Our winery combines tradition and technology. We have an old family winery, equipped with underground cement tanks, which is preserved as a treasure of our legacy. In 1988, we opened a new winery with technological advances.
In 2018, we moved the entire winery to Son Llüt and added more tanks and modern machinery. For the harvest, we have a destemmer, a pneumatic press and stainless steel tanks connected to a cooling machine to control the fermentation temperature automatically. We also have filtration systems to guarantee the quality of our wines.
In the bottling process, we have a modern bottling line that includes a bottle washer, a depalletiser, a microfiltration bench, a corking bottling machine and a labelling machine. In our ageing and resting room, we house American and Hungarian oak barrels, with automated temperature and humidity control.
At Bodega Can Rubí, we combine the best of the past with technological innovation to create exceptional wines. Every step of the process, from harvesting to bottling and ageing, is carried out with passion and dedication.
