Tasting note: Pale yellow color with white reflections. Bright and luminous. Aroma with an intense entry and a certain spicy appeal that envelops the nose with a mixture of critical and aniseed oral tones. In the mouth, we perceive it as dense and with a pleasant sweetness. It leaves us with an elegant bitter taste.
Pairing: Combines perfectly with olives, clams, mussels, seasoned anchovies, cheese, sausage or any type of tapa.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve with two olives, a slice of lemon and between 4 and 6 ºC or with 2 or 3 cubes.
