Endiumenjat White Reserve:
Tasting note: Aromatically intense and very pleasant, with hints of sweet herbs such as gentian, star anise, lemon verbena, cinchona or angelica. In the mouth it is elegant, unctuous, refined and round. A slight sweetness is perceived with a final touch of bitter and refined citrus that provides freshness and a very sweet final flavor.
Pairing: Combines perfectly with olives, clams, mussels, seasoned anchovies, cheese, sausage or any type of tapa.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve with two olives, a slice of lemon and between 4 and 6 ºC or with 2 or 3 cubes.
