Endiumenjat Red Reserve:
Tasting note: Very intense, sweet and pungent aroma. The aromas arising from aging in oak barrels stand out: green walnuts, dried figs and toasted hazelnuts. Very warm entry into the mouth. Flavors of licorice and medicinal herbs appear, surrounded by sweet notes with a bitter end of molten sugar.
Pairing: It combines perfectly with olives, clams, mussels, seasoned anchovies, cheese, sausages or any type of tapa.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve with two olives, a slice of orange and between 4 and 6 ºC or with 2 or 3 ice cubes.
