Alada Negre Fusta:
Variety: Manto Negro, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Graduation: 14% vol.
Preparation: The musts gently ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and after malolactic fermentation it is left to settle until its natural clarification.
Aging: Brief passage through American oak casks for 6 months.
Tasting notes: Blackberry red wine with violet reflections and a brilliant appearance. Aromas of ripe red fruits, oak and spices. On the palate it is harmonious and unctuous with soft hints of nuts, spices and oak. Rounded off by very persistent dry and fruity touches at the end.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany all kinds of meats, pastas, sausages and cheeses.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve between 15 and 18 ºC.
