Alada Chardonnay:

 

Grape Variety: Chardonnay.
Graduation: 12% vol.
Elaboration: Gentle extraction of the must by means of pneumatic pressing and subsequent static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, after malolactic fermentation it is left to settle until its maximum natural clarification. It is bottled in its first months to maintain the aromas that characterize this young, fruity and fresh wine.
Tasting note: Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clear and bright. Intensely fruity aromas that remind us of white fruits such as green apple, pear and pineapple with fine nuances of spices. On the palate it is fruity but dry and balanced with an intense and sweet mid palate. Persistent final sensation of freshness and youth with notes of citrus.
Pairing: This wine is perfect to accompany pasta, salads, white meats, fish, shellfish and cheeses.
Serving recommendations: It is advisable to serve between 6 and 8 ºC.
