L&#8217;any 1912, el nostre besavi va reiniciar l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de vi a granel, seguit del seu fill Antonio, que va continuar la tradici\u00f3 fins que la Guerra Civil va interrompre l&#8217;activitat l&#8217;any 1936. No va ser fins l&#8217;any 1960 que Bartolom\u00e9 Rub\u00ed, Sr., va tornar a comen\u00e7ar l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del vi.<\/p><p>Tot i que el nostre celler de Santa Mar\u00eda va comen\u00e7ar produint vi a granel, tenim una gran experi\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;embotellament, que va creixent any rere any.<\/p><p>Els actuals propietaris, Lorenzo Rub\u00ed i Tomeu Rub\u00ed, representen la quarta generaci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia Rub\u00ed. Equipats amb tecnologia d&#8217;\u00faltima generaci\u00f3 i noves t\u00e8cniques, hem llan\u00e7at diverses l\u00ednies de vins d&#8217;alta qualitat.<\/p><p>A Bodega Can Rub\u00ed honrem les nostres arrels familiars i combinem tradici\u00f3 amb innovaci\u00f3.
